Hello 🙋‍♀️Ora here. It's a 3 bedroom unit with shared bathroom and separate toilet. Open plan living dining area and lounge room and kitchen. The room is furnished and has a little bar fridge in it for use. Clothes rack, draws. Older style unit built in 60ts so no fussy people as it is a old place buy comfy as.. be respectful of others space belongings. Parking space available. Outdoor Seating area in the carport and enclosed sunroom out back. Close to shopping centre gyms, take aways, bottle shop, petrol stations pub, bus stop 5 mins down the road. A few parks around, neighbours are friendly enough for a chat. Typical suburb. And I have two cats 🐈 which love pats. Little one will sneak in your room if your door is open curl up on your bed. They both get flea, tick wormed✌🏾.

If you make a mess clean up after yourself simple.. someone who's not a fraid to help out around the house. Taking rubbish out when full. A bit of cleaning easy as. The room advertised was a old picture, still waiting for the lady to move out this week then i would be able to post up new pictures of the room, which is bigger than the other one in the picture. thankyou don't be shy to halo back.

I like a respectful person that's not fussy, as this unit is old needs a bit of Tlc. , A happy go lucky, has a sense of humour , commonsense. I don't ⁵mind the odd drink music low key. Clean up after yourself easy as and we would get along fine! 🤗don't go into your space room and I would like the same respect back, as . I am not a fussy person and like sharing cooking or we prepare together or if you prefer to cook your own meals that's fine.. I smoke outside. love the location.
