Room available in a large 2 storey, 4 x 2 house in St James available 22 February. No couples. No smoking/vaping/drugs.

We are looking for a fourth member to join our home. We are all full-time working single professionals who enjoy a nice balance of socialising and meeting up as a house as well as enjoying private time in our big beautiful house.

The room is 3m by 3.1m. Comes furnished with a queen bed and mattress, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted aircon system. Open to providing additional furnishings for the right fit.

The house has a modern, spacious interior with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with an outdoor entertainment area.
We have a second living area that is in the process of being furnished.
Upstairs we have bed rooms, toilet, bathroom and an in built study area.

The kitchen is a major highlight of the house in that it is quite large, can easily accommodate 3 people cooking at the same time, has modern appliances and copious amounts of storage.

We are looking to find someone who is respectful, clean, contributes to the house and is a genuinely cool person to be around.

I run my own business in the disability sector and work most days. I spend my free time going dancing, hiking/camping, gym and socialising. Big interest on healthy living and living a fun life. I don’t like to use harsh cleaning chemicals in the house and opt for gentler more natural cleaners and appreciate others doing the same.
