I'm currently looking for 1 person to move in. The house itself is a really neatly maintained 4x2 close to Public transport (train station and bus services within 5 mins walk).

You would have the Master bedroom and use of all facilities. I can be flexible in adjusting the house to suit your space needs, house is fully furnished but layout can be changed or adjusted to suit, I maintain the interior and external gardens, backyard to a really high standard (minimalist and uncluttered) and can fix pretty much anything...

The rent for the room is 300 and it includes bills, I'm more than happy to negotiate your share of that according to the space you need and/or willingness to contribute to cleaning or gardening etc.

Its a move in and relax set up, there is plenty of room around the rest of the house and kitchen, dining and lounge etc is fully fitted out, happy to share all common areas (myself and my daughter use our bedrooms to be in our own space.. currently co-leasing and looking for a replacement but happy to hold the lease myself and have you as a flexible tenant.

I have previously been and worked in Disability Employment Services so a peaceful and well maintained house is critical... I have a very quiet and respectful daughter (late teen) and we are both always very respectful of the same needs in others. I put alot of effort into keeping things neat and tidy for everyone in the house. And always get great feedback from the agents during inspections etc.

I currently maintain house and garden myself to a really high standard... Being that myself and my daughter live here, keeping a peaceful and well maintained house is most important to me. I am willing to be a little flexible on cost for the right person.

Im a fulltime single parent, working part-time with a quiet, neat and very self sufficient teenage daughter.

I keep the house super clean (personal choice) and maintain the gardens, outdoor areas and have a great relationship with the leasing agent.

Hoping to find someone who could use a room close to train and public transport, who can maintain their rent responsibilities and is a good fit for the house.

I have been here for 3+ years now, have a great relationship with the realestate and owner and its been a great environment, quiet, calm and very tidy and looked after, looking to share with someone the with the same emphasis on the maintaining the integrity of a home.
