Bathroom and toilet will be shared with 1 quite and respectful lady who works full-time. $300 per week includes bills (wifi, gas, electricity and water). Less than a minute to bus stop. Free to use the swimming pool when we're not home. We have 2 well behaved beautiful Border Collies who loves people around. SINGLE FEMALE OCCUPANTS ONLY PLEASE.

Hi! We, Merlyn and Dave are the owners of this lovely home. Home is close to everything you need, (take aways, gyms, restaurants, shopping centres) we both works full time from morning to afternoon, so we both home at mostly after 3pm. Dave loves cooking specially BBQ. Home has 2 living areas, so you can have your own privacy. Own fridge and freezer will be provided and own pantry, separate from us. Accessible to all kitchen utensils as long as you clean them after yourself, washing machine is provided.
