2 rooms available for rent, room1 with queen bed is $260 per week, and $250 for the double bed size, furnished. Bathroom has heater and toilet will be shared with both renters. Rent is included with bills (wifi, gas, electricity and water). 2 minutes walk to bus stop. We have 2 well behaved beautiful Border Collies who loves people around. Hi! We, Merlyn and Dave are the owners of this lovely home. Home is close to everything you need, (take aways, gyms, restaurants, shopping centres) we both works full time from morning to afternoon, so we both home at mostly after 3pm. Home has 2 living areas, so you can have your own privacy. Own fridge and freezer will be provided and own pantry, separate from us. Accessible to all kitchen utensils as long as you clean them after yourself, washing machine is provided. Very close to ECU
