Description of the home
We have a beautiful bedroom, Northern facing, in our home to rent.
You will have access to most of the house and will have your own laundry and kitchen you can prepare food in. The main Kitchen is available too if you want to do some more serious cooking.
The back living area is mostly where my daughter spends time so you will be able to share the main living space with me. The hosue is plenty big for three.
We are close to Lake Monger, Leederville, Subiaco, City Beach and the City. It really is an awesome place to live.
We also have a corgie.
We are after a couple or single female that is respectful and easy going. We are easy going and enjoy life with our family, and friends.
We are into the outdoors, fitness, learning and travel.
Happy to share a meal or a chat if it suits and happy not to also.
We would like our tenant to be respectful, relaxed, peaceful people.

I’m a relaxed, friendly person with a happy home environment. I own my own business, so I work from home, but I’m not loud and I’m respectful of shared spaces.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping fit, cooking, getting outdoors, and going on adventures. Home-wise, I like things to feel easygoing, clean, comfortable, and respectful rather than overly formal.
My daughter is 16, and her friends are often around, but they are lovely, respectful, and easy to have in the home. Overall, it’s a relaxed and positive household, and I’m looking for someone who would fit naturally into that kind of environment.
