You will be sharing with two quiet, clean, professional, respectful, easy going housemates who are looking for one more person to share this fully furnished and beautifully renovated Fremantle cottage. Existing tenants are one male and one female.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, desk, office chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The cottage has polished jarrah floorboards throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry and white goods. The cottage was fully renovated in 2020 with the aim to be comfortable, environmentally friendly and sustainable. The renovation included insulation, heat pump hot water system and reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning, so the cottage is warm and cosy during the winter and cool during the summer.

The cottage is in a super convenient location of White Gum Valley, Fremantle. Easy walking distance into the center of Fremantle and Notre Dame Uni via Wray Avenue and lined with coffee shops and grocery stores. It is in a lovely quiet street lined with tall gum trees. The garden in the backyard has a mix of native plants and fruit trees and room for a veggie garden.

The cottage has beautiful indoor / outdoor areas to give you all space; from the north facing sunny front verandah to the large covered cool back verandah (both with dining and lounge chairs) and not to mention the cosy living room with big comfy lounges.

The cottage is ideal for someone who is easy going and looking for a comfortable home in a friendly street with relaxed, easy going housemates.
