It's a 3/1 house that had been renovated before I moved in and it’s located 5 minutes from Curtin University, Carousel and Bentley Plaza.
From a public transport point of view, there are walking distance bus stations nearby that can take you to the city in 25-45mins considering traffic hours and if you like eating out, Vic Park is 15 mins north-east.
Wilson is a surprisingly quiet suburb where you don't see your neighbours very often. They basically show up at sunset to walk their dogs, but even though this might sound quite unfriendly, it brings a lot of privacy to the property (which is a must these days I reckon).
The house is very spacious with a decent-sized kitchen and the living room is already furnished with a big couch, a 65’ tv, coffee table and more.
In addition, for being located three blocks away from a Police station, we rarely hear complaints about robbery or anything similar.
