Weekly Cleaner included in rent.......We allow 65c per day per person for electricity consumption, 35c for gas and 25c for water plus free wifi. In the event the consumption accounts go above the allowed amount it the bill is divided by the number of occupants staying at the home. Normally the allowed amount is sufficient unless you constantly use electric heaters or the airconditioning
