Close to shops, near the beach, train station accessible by bus from outside the property. Share with property owners only, no kids, no pets. Sole use of a sitting area with sofa & smart TV. Shared use of family room adjacent to the Kitchen, sole use of a fridge/freezer. Access to icebath in winter & swimming pool in summer! Its a 4 bd house & we only rent out one of the spare bedrooms so our guest bedroom maybe available if you are a fifo who has there kids on the off swing.
