I'm looking to rent out a room in my 3-bedroom house located in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood of Yanchep.
With a 5-minute drive to train station.
5 minute walk to Yanchep central you can enjoy all the amenities of shopping and dining.

The house is 4 years old with modern kitchen and fridge, filtered water on tap for drinking. Brand new washer and dryer. Solar panels which lower electricity bills dramatically. Roller shutters for privacy and security. Well maintained front garden with full retic. Peaceful backyard lawn with outside dining are and alfresco. Pizza oven and well maintained BBQ.

The room is furnished with a single bed, tall dresser, bedside table & lamp, 50'" flat screen TV and a large built-in wardrobe with mirror sliding doors. You will have a shared bathroom with shower and bathtub, and separate toilet. (No pets please)

3 minutes away is Fisherman's Hallow, a beautiful natural cove great for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach. With a brand-new Surf Life Saing facility with showers and toilets as well as newly renovated beachside cafe.

As for me, I'm 45 yrs. old. I am a chef by trade. My interests are gaming, cars, DIY and fishing. I keep mostly to myself, I'm clean and tidy. And have a good respect for other people's privacy.
