Hi! Im James and I am a 26 year old diesel mechanic that is away most of the year for work, travelling or at my girlfriends house. I am looking for people in the similar age group to rent rooms off me so my house is occupied and help care for it while I’m away at work. Im very laid back, you will have the place to yourself at least 80% of the time. As long as you are clean and tidy, minor assistance with gardening etc everything is happy days.
