I work across performing arts, mental health, and tertiary education. I've been doing up this house for the last few years and I'm ready to share it with someone who might love it's bohemian character as much as me. I love my cooking and gardening. I'm open minded, have a very diverse bunch of friends in age, gender, and orientation. I love hanging out with my extended family and friends, I love travel and getting out into nature. I like quiet down time at home (it's not a party house) but I don't mind having friends or family over sometimes, or the occasional dinner party and drinks with a couple of good friends.

I'm looking for someone who is easy going, clean, respectful, reliable, and a good communicator. Someone who values their home as a sanctuary. Someone who can balance personal space with social times. I think the place would suit creative spirits, but it's definitely not a requirement. Shep is a beautiful 3 year old Border Collie x Kelpie. He's super friendly, smart, and loves exercise. He's good with other dogs, cats (he grew up with 2), and kids. I'm open to people who have a pet if it is house trained and well behaved.
