Looking for a flatmate to enjoy this beautiful home with myself. It’s fully furnished with all my furniture and belongings so suits someone that’s just moved to the area just wanting a space to feel at home. Im a builder and trainer and work a lot on site and at home. So very early riser and early nights and spend my weekends at the beach, doing the gardening or resting. Hi my name is penny and I moved Into the area from Sydney a year and a half ago was drawn to the area to connect with like minded people , get out of the 9-5 working rat race and focus on creating a beautiful, calming healthy lifestyle after living a high paced career as a renovator/ carpenter for 30yrs my body was crying to slow down and I’m so excited to come here where I feel I can just do that. Although I have hung up my tool belts from full Time construction im big on community work and I facilitate workshops training predominantly women DIY / carpentry courses. I’m also a mentor and coach for female tradies in the area. I am highly creative and spend my days always making / creating / planning something cool.. Although I do really like my downtime too chilling in the sun , beaching , going on adventures.
I have a super happy loving dog 🐶 Sia jackrussell x foxy she’s nearly 3 and just a bundle of joy . She brings me so much joy and is with me pretty much all the time
I do travel a lot too and have a massive passion for music. I have Dj in the Sydney club scene for over 15 yrs and although I still stable dabble occasional gigs and Love acoustic stuff play a bit of guitar too
Im big on personal development with a daily meditation stretching , breathing and routine and am massive on living a positive impactful life. I like to keep conversations inspiring and creative ways to live an awesome fun filled , big hearted , share the love kind of vibe..
