Owner is 60-yr-old Chinese/Australian psychologist born and raised in Sydney. His 16-yr-old son lives here halftime but will be moving from upstairs bedroom area to apartment being built in garage, probably mid-winter. Finding a replacement tenant is being facilitated by the long-term tenant and friend of the owner so their space will occupied while absent in the US for 7 months. Once asuitable candidate is found, the owner will make contact to finalize the rental.
