This is a quiet, non-smoking household, not a party house.
The private bedroom is fully furnished and the home includes shared access to a kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living area. Internet, electricity, and water are all included in the rent. The house is clean, quiet, and well-maintained.
Located just a few minutes' drive or around a 20-minute walk to the beach, and only a short walk to local shops.
