Waterfront Master Room with Ensuite:

Large master bedroom available in a gorgeous waterfront home overlooking St Georges Basin, with great views out over the water. The room gets plenty of natural light through big windows facing the bay and includes its own private ensuite and a walk-through wardrobe. Fully furnished. Bills are included.

The rest of the house is fully furnished, with wooden floors throughout and a modern kitchen with gas cooking and a dishwasher. Heaps of storage. There’s also a sunroom set up as a home gym. Bedrooms are separated at opposite ends of the house. The property itself is surrounded by trees and plants, and it’s common to see kangaroos out on the back lawn along with other local wildlife. The house sits right on the Bay Walk, so you’ve got easy access to the water and walking tracks straight from the backyard.

It’s a peaceful, relaxing place to live and definitely not a party house. I’m ideally looking for someone easygoing and tidy who’s after a calm space to come home to. The preference is for someone who can stay for around six months, with the option to extend.
