2 spare rooms (both to use, I won’t be getting another person in) with a joint balcony (quite big, more like a courtyard). Also private toilet and bathroom. Double garage with parking available inside, on driveway or on street.
Short walk to hospital so perfect for Student or worker in the hospital precinct.
All bedrooms are on 2nd floor, with a landing (I use this for office but rarely actually sit there) separating master bedroom and my daughters, with the other 2 rooms, bathroom and toilet all down a seperate hallway so quite private. One bedroom is fairly normally size. Other is quite large and could be setup as a living room etc so you have your own retreat as well.
Also has Ducted aircon/heating (have solar so not fussed about it being used when needed)

I have a 12 year old daughter with me 50/50.
We also have a dachshund(sausage dog) and a Burmese Cat - ideal roommate would be ok with looking after them when I travel (my daughter would be at her mums). They are both lovely, the dachshund loves people and will just want to hang out and cuddle all the time.
- Is retired, Student or works part time (this is more about my pets when I travel, as Dachshund gets very anxious/sad when he’s alone)
- Fulltime ok if working locally and at least home for evening etc
- Female only (daughters mum not comfortable with men living here sorry)
Burmese - 4 years old, friendly when she wants to be otherwise just keeps to herself doing cat things. Lovely passive breed (wouldn’t scratch anyone etc).
