Description of the home

Our home is a modern, beautifully presented house in Sunshine Cove, Maroochydore, located in a quiet estate with a lovely community feel. You’ll have your own unfurnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan, as well as your own private bathroom and toilet. There’s also an additional study area and lounge room (currently unfurnished) that you’re welcome to make your own private space or sanctuary.

Included in the rent is a secure car space in the garage.

The house is light-filled, spacious, and peaceful - designed for comfortable, relaxed living. We’re centrally located, just minutes from the beach, shops, cafes, and all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Beautiful walking tracks and parks are right outside the door.

This is not a large, busy share house. You’d be sharing with just myself, my daughter, and our Cavoodle - making it ideal for someone who’s seeking privacy and a quiet, homely environment. Pets (small dogs) can be discussed on application, but the space is not suitable for couples.
