Our place is 1 min away from burning and office works.it’s a beautiful 3 beds 2 beds house. It features a large living area with comfortable sofa and 84” screen TV with a private courtyard. Partly carpet and tiled floor throughout fully equipped open planned kitchen.
We are in a great location less than 1 minutes to sunshine motorway exit to North or southern suburbs, there’s supermarket Aldi, IGA close by like 10 min walk to local shops , cafes and restaurants.
We don’t have secure car parking but we have off-street Parking available right front of the building
