This is Maroochy CENTRAL!
AND two rooms available!!
I’m pretty flexible as to how the two rooms are used. Whether one person wants both- to have an office.
Whether a couple wants both to have a separate living space. Or two separate individuals and we all have a lovely time congregating.
One room has aircon. The other I have a whiz bang portable aircon unit that can be installed at summer time. Both have ceiling fans. One bathroom services these bedrooms (I have my own)

Me? Work full time. Up very very early and go to bed early. Vegan, non smoker, coffee fiend, terrible cook, outdoorsy, like to be neat and tidy but couldn’t care less if you want to add plants, move things. Trying to care less about the small things.
