Beautiful Townhouse in Maroochydore
Looking for a like-minded, female housemate to share a lovely, modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in Maroochydore. The home is in great condition and in an amazing location—just a 6-minute drive to Cotton Tree Beach! There’s a private outdoor area perfect for relaxing, plus a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area.
The house will be fully furnished (except for your bedroom), and since this is a brand-new lease starting on March 31st, the first couple of weeks will be all about settling in—adding cozy touches, decorations, and any final furniture pieces, definitely expect plants and crystals. The kitchen will be functional from day one with a dining table and chairs, and I’ll do my best to have a comfy couch sorted ASAP!
There’s also a spare room, which I plan to turn into a shared office space, or a space to practice yoga, retreat for some extra privacy, and am also open to suggestions.

A Bit About the Home
🏡 Low-tox/no-tox household – We’ll be using natural, toxin-free products for cleaning/washing. This is a fragrance-free space (no synthetic perfumes, candles, or sprays).
🏡 Mostly alcohol-free – No issue with the occasional drink, but it’s not a big part of my lifestyle, and I’d love to find someone who’s on the same page.
🏡 No TV or microwave – There won’t be a TV as I prefer an intentional, energetically calm space.
I’m considering engaging a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas which would be shared between the two of us.
No pets, No couples.
