Brand new unit completed in June 2024 in a small boutique property with only 9 units in total.

My fully furnished unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the design is modern with clean lines and beautiful finishes and touches. It has a lovely outdoor area which backs onto parklands, which provides a screen of beautiful trees, and plenty of bird song.

What I love most about living here is that it's modern and bright, close to the Maroochy river and beaches, and only a short walk or drive to many different dining, shopping and service facilities. And easy access to the Sunshine Motorway. The street is quiet and relatively peaceful and only the occasional low-level noise from neighbours.

There is also off street car parking available underneath the building.

Hi, I'm Jules, a 54 year old straight woman. I'm a nutritionist and gut health therapist and live a balanced lifestyle, with health and wellbeing always a priority. I'm incredibly friendly and warm, and make every effort to always make conscious choices that have little impact on the health and wellbeing of others. I'm a non-drinker, non-smoker, and enjoy a toxin and chemical free home. I was born in Australia and grew up in Brisbane but spent most of my life around the Sunshine Coast, and have lived here on and off for most of my adult life. I love nature and the outdoors and spend a lot of my spare time outdoors either walking, cycling or enjoying the beach and sunshine. And when I am not working and life-styling, I'm usually relaxing, catching up with friends, or spending time with my two teenage children, who both live independently but nearby. Apart from me, the only other tenant is my adorable five year old dog-like cat Obi - he's a character and loved by all.

What makes a good flatmate is someone who takes pride in keeping a clean and tidy home, and cleans up after themselves. They would also be kind and friendly, have an active interest in personal growth and spirituality, and be respectful of privacy and boundaries. And enjoy a friendly conversation. Ideally, I would love it if the person also has a similar interest in health and wellbeing, and is conscious about what they consume - from the foods they eat to the entertainment they enjoy. My home is definitely not suitable to someone who smokes, vapes or is a regular drinker, and ideally I would love to live with someone who doesn't wear synthetic commercial fragrances or use chemicals.
Description of pets
Obi is my delightfully affectionate 5 year old Burmese / Bombay cat. His colouring is mostly black with some white and light grey patches throughout his fur. He's absolutely adorable, and was definitely a dog in a previous life.
