You will have the main bathroom to yourself, as we use the third bedroom as a study, however it is the houses main bathroom so you will occasionally share it with guests.

Lovely little house. Front and back garden, pool, outdoor deck. You would have the main bathroom mostly to yourself as my partner and I have an ensuite, we use the third bedroom as our study. Great location, 15 minute walk to the beach (3 minute drive). Open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Room comes without bed and TV.

Hey! You’ll be living with me and my boyfriend. We’re both students at USC, I’m studying Psychology and he’s doing Engineering. We love to travel, we grew up on the Sunny Coast but just got back after living in London for the past couple of years and travelling around Europe.
We’re both pretty chill and love the beach. He’s into surfing and 4WD, I’m into Pilates and op shopping. Keeping the house clean, tidy and comfortable is really important to us, and we’re looking for someone who’s happy to do their part to keep it that way.
It’s definitely not a party house, but we do enjoy the occasional drink or hang with friends. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who works full-time, is easy to live with, and who’s keen to have a friendly, respectful vibe at home. We also really value personal space and downtime.
