Looking for a short-stay flatmate for a fully furnished spare room in Sunshine Beach. It's available now through to 20 December.
The room has a comfortable queen bed. Just bring your own bed linen (if not possible, can provide); everything else is set up for you.
$450 per week, all inclusive. There are no extra bills or hidden costs. The rent covers:

A separate study you can work from

About me: I've just moved in and I'm easygoing. I work from home 3 days a week, so the house is quiet and work-friendly during the day. If you work remotely too, you're welcome to set up in the separate study. I'm after someone tidy, respectful and dog-friendly who'll make the most of the recovery setup and the beach lifestyle.

I'm easygoing, tidy and respectful of shared space. I'm big on routine and looking after myself, which is why the sauna and ice bath get plenty of use. My border collie is friendly and well-behaved and loves company. Outside work you'll find me at the local coffee shop or out and about with Chico.
I'd love a flatmate who's clean, considerate and relaxed, and who'll enjoy the lifestyle here. If you work remotely too, the study is yours to share. I'm happy to have a chat, cook a meal or have a drink on the deck, and just as happy to give you your own space.
