Description of the home

We're looking to fill her room in our lovely 3 bed place located in a quiet and tree lined cul-de-sac 3 mins from Sydney Park, 3 mins from woolies, 10-15 mins to Erskinville Station and 15-20 mins from King street.

We'd really love to find someone friendly and social, someone who can really become part of our home ❤️

No preferences other than that we definitely want someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and contributes equally to the running and upkeep of the house.

House is fully furnished but we definitely have space for more plants! And there is a decent amount of storage here too.

The room is on the 2nd floor and rent is $260 per week exc bills. Internet and bills split equally.

We are one girl (early 30's, works in music) , one guy (late 20's, works in finance) both working full time and would prefer someone else who is also.
