The room available is slightly on the small side of medium, however can easily fit a double bed and bedsides. Great view of the courtyard/fountain area as well as a hint of the city skyline from the room, as well as a built in wardrobe.

The room also includes your own bathroom with bath! This is the main bathroom, however is solely for your use as I have an ensuite for myself and my mates to use when visiting.

Description of the home

Excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Alexandria/Erskineville area. Large living area with balcony, and all the essentials (Big screen TV, Xbox, Nintendo, Netflix). Fully equipped kitchen including a very necessary dishwasher and dining area. There's also a shared courtyard space with a fish pond/fountain. There's no lift in the complex, however we are only on the 3rd floor and also have our own storage space in the basement area.

The apartment is on the border of Alexandria and Erskineville, with a massive Dan Murphys as well as a newly opened Woolworths on the same block (250mtrs from door to door). The area is filled with excellent little cafes, as well as being only 20 minute walk to King St Newtown or a 5 minute bus trip. Public transport is excellent with multiple buses within a few minutes walk and Erskineville train station less than 15 minutes by foot. This area also has an over abundance of on street parking, so it's never an issue finding a space if needed!

Hi, my names Daniel. I'm 32yrs old and work full time. I've lived in the apartment with my current flatmate for almost 3 years, unfortunately (for me, fortunately for him) he's leaving to go travelling. I like to live in a clean apartment, however I'm in no way anal about it. Dirty dishes are bad (we have a dishwasher!), but a bit of untidiness in the living room every now and then isn't an issue.

I enjoy TV far too much, and have a weird thing about buying an excessive amount of books. There's way too many scattered around the apartment (mostly unread) which you're more than welcome to get in to!
Compatible people
I'm looking for an easy-going, friendly and respectful housemate. Someone who is social, but also enjoys having their own space. Always happy with friends visiting etc.

I would prefer someone who works full time, however everyone's circumstances are different so open to others.
