Located in a really convenient location, only a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants on Fountain Street and Mitchell Road, Alexandria Park, Dan Murphy's, Bunnings and the brand new Woolies, and 10 minutes walk to Erskineville station and village, and Sydney Park.

Bills and expenses

Bills are split evenly and include internet ($35 a month), electricity (approx. $90 a quarter) and gas (approx. $80 a quarter). We buy our own food, bathroom and laundry items, but take it in turns buying kitchen and cleaning supplies.

Hi there, I'm Lauren, I'm 32 and work full-time as a content marketing manager at a technology company in Pyrmont. I work pretty standard hours and also work from home every Friday. I enjoy socialising with family and friends on weekends, and also like getting out and about on week nights. I also equally enjoy a quiet night in with some takeout, trashy reality TV and some good banter.

My interests: I'm travel obsessed (always planning the next big adventure!), I also love heading to gigs (bonus points for good music taste!) and stand up comedy shows, writing, hiking, and good food and wine.
Compatible people
This is definitely not a party house by any means, but I do enjoy having friends over occasionally for dinners and some pre-drinks before a night out, and would want anyone that lived here to feel comfortable enough to do the same. I'm also very house proud, so a clean and tidy person that's happy to do their share of the cleaning (without being asked) is essential.
