A cosy 3 bedroom home in Alexandria, it features a modern kitchen and bathroom, a large flat screen TV, Foxtel, broadband internet and a small courtyard. The house is fully furnished (excluding the bedroom available), although happy to try and arrange something if you have furniture you would like to bring with you.

We’re in a great location only a few minutes walk to trains and buses. St Peters Station is only 10 mins away and just a few minutes more to Erskinville Station. You can walk to King Street in 10 minutes and we have Sydney Park right on our doorstep.

We're also practically next door to two great cafes - The Copper Mill & Blackbird. You can walk to Woolworths and Dan Murphy's in under 10 minutes (we also have a bottle-o right across the road). We don’t have a garage although we all have cars and find parking easy enough on our street.

Bills and expenses

Rent is $245 a week plus $20 per week for internet, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. Power and water bills are separate and we just spilt these evenly per quarter.

Hi, I'm Jess, I'm 28 and work as an Executive Assistant in media. If i'm not at a work event or out for dinner during the week, I like to keep things pretty quite with a glass of wine in front of the TV or a trip to the dog park with my pup, Penny. I love to travel, and always try to make the most of my weekends with trips away. Our house sometimes books in the occasional trip together, which you're welcome to join if that's your thing! I also love all types of live music, festivals, weekend markets and a good book.

Kirstie - Kirst is an absolute sweetheart who grew up on the Central Coast. She's 28 and works in Radio Sales in the city. During the week you'll find her at the gym or out for dinner with friends. She's a water baby and often finds her way to a beach on weekends, and is always up for a couple of ciders and a night out on the weekend.

We're looking for a fun, tidy, easy going and respectful person to move into our home. Our house does spend a bit of time together, so we would love to have someone who is wanting to build friendships within the house. In saying that we're also really respectful of each others space and privacy.

Penny is a poodle x who will shower you with love every time you walk through the door. Her favourite things are chasing her ball and going to the dog park. Sometimes she can be a little shy around new people, although it doesn't take her too long to be jumping all over you and bringing you her toys.
