The room is available approximately Sept. 9, flexible with move in date. Feel free to send me any questions with specific dates. The room is upstairs at the front of the house, away from the other two bedrooms. The room is medium size with a small built-in wardrobe for clothes. It can come with a bed, desk, floor fan and an iMac computer if you’d like any of those.
The bedroom window has a view into the back courtyard area. We have cleaners come every two weeks.
Best time to view the room are usually evenings during the week after 6:00 or weekends are good as well. Please feel free to ask about any other times though.

The house is a close walk to Redfern station, multiple grocery stores, cafes, bars and dry cleaning. It's also right next to the beautiful Alexandria park. There is free street parking close by around the park.
Location is close to the city, Newtown, Redfern and Erskineville with all forms of transport easily available.

The house is occupied by two excellent, outgoing and fun legends by the names of Matt and Natasha.
