Description of the home
2 rooms have opened up in a gorgeous two-storey terrace on the Erskineville side of Alexandria. With 3 bedrooms and a 4th in the external granny flat, as well as 2.5 bathrooms, the house has a spacious and open feel.
The ground floor has high ceilings with a massive open plan living area. Modern kitchen with granite benches, gas stove, oven and walk in pantry. The perfect spot to gather with a glass of wine after a long day.
The lounge area draws you in with comfy sofas and TV with Netflix, Stan, etc. The outdoor courtyard is enclosed, private and vine-laden. Luckily it gets loads of sun throughout summer, with our recent investment in a paddling pool, perfect spot to drink a beer or read a book. The large garage out back has ample storage as well as the laundry with washing machine and dryer.
One of the things we truly love about our place is the location.

- Seerat: 24 and a legal professional. Unfortunately never have the change to work from home so weekdays are busy! Sociable and always down to have a drink or a chat but also more than happy to do my own thing (i.e. reality shows on Netflix) :). Love a good beach day or going out for a walk, hitting the local pubs/breweries or catching up with friends. I also really enjoy listening to music so on the constant look out for good live shows around the city!
- Harry: a 27 year old lawyer working in the city. He loves a good tv series binge, never misses quiz night and on weekends you'll find him out for a walk in a park or at a brewery. He is heading off to Canberra for a new job in Feb.
- Scott: Product Manager, lover of all breweries, games, and live music. Sadly moving out!
We all have mates around occasionally and it's always nice to host a dinner, board game afternoon or visit our local bowlo.
Our ideal person would be in their mid twenties to mid thirties, hold a solid job and be sociable, but respectful of privacy. People that can have fun, a laugh, and a vent about work of course!
