Comes with some built in shelves that can be easily modified or removed if you'd prefer a closed wardrobe. It is warm in the winter and sunny throughout the day. Has its own separate aircon/heater

Description of the home
We are looking for someone to fill a room in our beautiful modern terrace house in Annandale. It has high ceilings, lots of natural light and honestly probably too many house plants. Nice modern kitchen including a dishwasher and gas stove. Bathroom upstairs and powder room downstairs. We have aircon, a hidden away washing machine and room for a dryer if you have one! The house has private courtyards at both the front and back for catching the sun all day. We're minutes from the Glebe foreshore and only a short walk to the many great cafes. Bus stop and light rail all within easy walking distance. A little leafy oasis in the heart of the inner west!

About occupants
We are Sarah and Lucy - 30 and 31 respectively, and we are both doctors working at RPA. We both work hard and sometimes odd hours but when we're home we like a good chat on the couch, or getting deep into a new TV show or a good book. Love a glass of wine and a good conversation over dinner. Lucy is not a bad cook but incapable of making dinner for less than 5 people at a time so there will be plenty of shared meals to go around. Sarah is musical (Lucy is better at listening) and there's often music playing at night. We're both sociable but fairly quiet - more brunch and then bed by a reasonable hour. We've both lived out of home and in various share houses so we're practiced at living in a shared space and being respectful of each others space and boundaries. I also promise we're experienced at making normal dinner conversation so no gross stories while your eating (unless you want to hear them)
