I signed up on this lovely house in Annandale about a year ago, this house have plenty of space inside and outside. Quiet area but close enough to city. I would like to share this space with someone mature, clean and respectful. I try to keep the house clean and well-maintained, I would expect the same from others.
We have 2 bed rooms available one bedroom on upper floor, sharing bathroom with one person, Another one is ground floor, slightly
Bigger than other room, both rooms are furnished, but it can be unfinished if you wish to.
Both room are occupied at the moment, but more than welcome to
come and have a look.
tram shed(shopping centre), parks( Jubilee park), light rail station (Rozell bay), Bus stop and local cafes are all walking
(5 min)distance.
