I am looking for someone who is easy-going, quiet, considerate and helps keep the place tidy. It would be great to live with someone who is down for the occasional dinner and catchup together. We live in a very quiet building so I'm looking for someone who also appreciates a quiet space. And you have to be good with cats as my cat will, unfortunately, give you no space at all.

You will also be living with my cat. He is a Black Sphynx (hairless cat). He's a big sook, sleeping all day only to sleep some more on your lap when you get home. On the rare occasion I go away on a weekend, I would really appreciate someone who doesn't mind looking after him in that time.
