Room available in a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is furnished with the exception of the bedroom. You will have the main bathroom and the apartment has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The apartment also has a PS5 and a few streaming channels (Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix). The apartment is located within a quiet and tidy complex that is located off the road.

The apartment is a 5min walk from Ashfield Station and there is also a bus stop just outside. Ashfield Mall is only a short distance away and the Ashfield Aquatic Centre is also just down the road. Bills include electricity and gas (quarterly), and internet (unlimited - $50 per month).

The current lease is set until April 2027. Please note that there will be a short application form to complete and a few documents that will need to be provided for the real-estate agent, but pretty straightforward stuff.

Hey, I'm Jayden (35M). I'm an archaeologist/heritage consultant (archaeology rule no.1 is that Indiana Jones is a terrible example of an archaeologist, but the movies are good). I'm primarily office based near the CBD during the week, but I also work the occasional weekend/night shift.
