The home is a spacious three-bedroom townhouse in a quiet, off-street community of 14 townhouses with shared outdoor spaces. You’d be living with just me—the third bedroom is used as my home office.
The house:
• Large communal living and dining areas
• 2 bathrooms/showers (although we will likely share the one upstairs)
• Big, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and plenty of storage
• Medium-sized private courtyard with room for plant/BBQ
• Projector for relaxed movie nights

• No dedicated car space, although plenty of street parking
• Warm and comfortable during winter
• Portable air conditioning and fans for summer
• Mostly furnished throughout the shared areas
There may also be room for a doggo or cat, provided they’re a good fit. An older dog has lived here happily in the past.

At home, I’m usually relaxing with the projector, tending to my perhaps slightly excessive bonsai collection, cooking, or occasionally having friends over for dinner. I enjoy the occasional doof, but this isn’t a party house. It’s more of a relaxed, friendly home where friends, shared dinners and small gatherings are welcome.
I’m clean and considerate without being obsessively tidy—the house is lived-in rather than minimalist. I’d like us to arrange a thorough clean every couple of weeks, either by sharing the work or splitting the cost of a cleaner.
