The warm and cosy top floor apartment belongs to a 60's era building is a small block of 12 units. It is clean and well maintained.
There is a sunny balcony off the living room, its light and quiet considering being conveniently located only a few minutes walk from Ashfield station and the main shopping area. The neighbours are all friendly and maintain a cute garden, its a pleasant place to live.
There's a great coffee shop up the road and its also a short stroll into Summer Hill village.
I also highly recommend outdoor aqua aerobics at Ashfield Aquatic centre, just 10mins walk.
The room available has a double bed, drawers & clothes rack.
The apartment is fully furnished.
There is a garage at the rear with storage along the back wall for us to share.
The laundry is unfortunately communal coin operated, but works fine.
What I'm (ideally) looking for in a housemate:
I'd prefer someone closer to my age between 30-45 yo, who likes a tidy, quiet, calm place to live. But this isn’t a deal breaker,
I've found its a really good option for saving money, while still having quick access to the inner city and inner west.
No couples, no pets sorry

- I’m fairly quiet and off doing my own thing most of the time, but I'm also very happy to sit and have a chat over a glass of wine.
