About occupants
I'm a happy widow, with a busy life, I'm a writer, involved in local community events etc. I'm mainly vego but fine with meat cooked in kitchen by others. I don't watch much TV but enjoy the occasional movie or sports event. I meditate, play ukulele etc, love the beaches. I have an adult daughter in the city and just want to save a bit of money on the rent. My lease might end in Sept, so the room might not be available long term. I work from home one day a week (in the office for the rest) and am out a lot during the day at the weekend.
It would be nice to have someone who enjoys sharing a bit of news. No need to be best buddies just friendly. But respecting privacy also a biggie as it's a small flat.

Description of pets
I sometimes look after my daughter's big dog, a very gentle great Dane cross. About the size of a ridgeback. He will stay over once every few months. But not very often.
