THIS IS A SHARED APARTMENT. The room available at the moment it’s a double room / double bed with everything provided as an airbnb style. Price is flexible due to the fact that change often due to different factors.
(I am willing to negotiate for the right person.) The place it’s 3 min from the Ferry terminal and 5 min from the Corso and all beaches. It’s a quiet place where to relax out of the Manly buzz. Generally it's not a long term staying but again will go case to case.

As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space adorned with tasteful decor. The apartment is at second floor and top floor. there is light all day around. The second bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, all linen provided, a side bed table. The bathroom is shared with me. The room is rented on a monthly basis. Will suit best someone that doesn't work from home.

Full of light in the day and away from the buzz and noise of the Corso tourist life, is perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Step outside and take a leisurely 10 min stroll, (850 m), down the hill to the iconic Manly Beach, renowned for its golden sands and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling or learning to surf. Explore the bustling Corso, a vibrant pedestrian mall lined with boutique shops, trendy cafes and charming restaurants serving a variety of cuisines.

For nature enthusiasts, the apartment is ideally situated near some of Sydney's most picturesque walking and biking trails. Embark on a scenic coastal walk to Shelly Beach, where you can snorkel among colorful marine life or enjoy a picnic overlooking the tranquil waters.

Hop on the nearby ferry, and within a short ride, you'll find yourself in Circular Quay, ready to discover iconic landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

The house has very big loft that can be possibly be rented as well depending on family availability, more suitable for 2 people than the room downstairs. There are 4 single beds and living space, the room is very big. Access via pull down down attic stairs. Reach out for options and availability.
