Hi guys,
We are looking for a housemate to join us in our share house in Balgowlah.
You will have the whole downstairs area to yourself. Your own entrance, lounge, bathroom and kitchen area (see pictures).
Upstairs are the three other bedrooms, main kitchen and living area. We also have an infrared sauna, table tennis in the garage and fire pit on the lawn.
At this stage we are looking for someone to move for a one month probation period to ensure we both fit and both parties are happy. All going well we would like someone for 8-10 months minimum to see our lease through.
