Description of the home

The place is a well lit 2 bedroom apartment. The street is quiet and so is the building. All the neighbours that I have met are really nice. The bus stop on Sydney road is only a couple of hundred meters away with buses direct to the city, Manly or the Mall. There is one off street parking spot that we would share. The living room has a killer TV setup with surround sound and is comfy with A/C and the building had double glazing. I'm planning on getting a larger couch sometime in the future. We have a balcony which gets afternoon light. The kitchen is well equipped and I have a good espresso machine if you are into coffee. The bathroom nice, even if it is a bit dated.

We have a shared laundry but our own washing machine and dryer.

Bills are not included. We have excellent internet (500mps down 50mps up).

I take the name "share house" literally so I would like you to think of it as your place as much as mine, so if you want to put up pictures or make it more your own please do. Also happy for you to have mates around or for you to have a partner stay over just not full time.

My current housemate Ewan (who is moving out) is happy to meet you if want to know what living with me is like.

I'm Alex, and I'm a 32 year old high school science teacher. I've lived in a few wonderful share houses with many amazing people, I'm still good friends with most of them. I moved into this apartment in November. A housemate from my previous place called Ewan and my lovely cat called Zara moved in too. I've always loved sharing places with people. I'm very easy going and I'm looking for someone similar to take the second room. Ewan is moving out as his next placement for his studies is a long one out in the country.

I grew up in the area and luckily my school is local too. I love feediving/snorkeling, going out with mates, running, travelling, photography, and chilling at home.

Zara is a very affectionate cat she wins the hearts of everyone and is very polite.
