The property is a charming freestanding cottage style house with a small backyard, perfect for enjoying a bit of outdoor space. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home (ensuite in your room), offering privacy and comfort for shared living.
There’s also a separate study that can be shared, making the place well suited to someone who works from home. I use occasionally but do not need it throughout the day. I have a desk and chair set up.
The house features a gas cooktop kitchen and comes fully equipped with everything you need to move straight in. That said, you’re more than welcome to bring your own furniture or personal touches to make the space feel like home.
Located in Balmain, the house is close to public transport and amenities, with on-street parking available. It’s a quiet, comfortable home in a great neighbourhood, ideal for relaxed and respectful shared living.
