2 minute walk from East Balmain ferry wharf and a bus stop. There’s a convenience store around the corner or if you’d like a bigger shop, the Balmain Woolies is 15/20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away.

The room comes with a shared bathroom (with me so you’ll only share on the weekends). The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower unit.

The kitchen is quite spacious and has everything you need - coffee machine, microwave, oven, gas stove top and a fridge, etc.

The apartment comes with internal laundry - we have a washing machine and dryer.

I love wine, so please contribute to my wine wall collection! We also keep an extra fridge in the garage for beer, noting parking is not available in the garage.

Myself (28) and Harry (25) currently live in the apartment. Our roommate is leaving in early September (this date is flexible) and we’re looking for someone to sign onto a new lease for 12 months from then. We’re both full time professionals. I travel full time for work so I am usually only around on the weekends. Harry is big on sports (particularly AFL and NRL). Friendly, chatty household who enjoy a few drinks together but also live quite independent lives.
Compatible people
We’re looking for someone easy going and a bit of fun. We keep the apartment quite tidy and clean so we would like someone similar to us on that. Our neighbourhood is not very party friendly so while we have a few drinks in the apartment, we tend not to have anything go on late here. New Years excluded when the apartment building is perfect - harbour views and a private garden for the residents.
