Bedroom and ensuite in French Avenue, Bankstown, in a near new secured apartment complex. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and would treat the apartment and it's contents as well as they would treat their own.

Train to City is 30-40 minutes
Bus to Parramatta, Strathfield, Hurstville is within a 3 minute walk.

The building is a 5 year old secured apartment complex. A key pass is required for entry and to use the lifts.
There is visitors parking available and also street parking.

The room has a built in wardrobe and and an ensuite with a toilet & shower

The rent includes all bills.

You will be staying with me, I have my own bedroom & bathroom.

The apartment receives a lot of natural light, is fully set up and includes a fridge, microwave, oven, ducted air conditioning, TV in the living room, dining table, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
