My name is Luca and I’m a Tourism and Hospitality Business Development Consultant. I live between Sydney and the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, where my children live and where I have a business activity. I travel a lot and I’m at home 3/4 nights a week. Mark, who lives in this townhouse more than me, is a business associate of mine and lives permanently in this house. We are both very easy going, focused in our business activity and conveniently share a large multilevel residential space that can be shared to live and work independently and efficiently.

Someone that values and respect the property and enjoys the convenience of its location. It has always been a shared living space as some of my employees and collaborators lived here at some stage. We are very used to work and live there and we managed to do it very efficiently considering how practical is the space availability.
