$320 per bedroom with individual bathroom. My grannyflat has two beds two baths and share kitchen. It's located in the back of our main house and separate entry for high privacy. One room with ensuite is already taken. Currently the other room with main bathroom is available.
Location is a short walk to bus stops traveling to City (613X & 614X), Metro Parramatta station (660) and Seven Hill train station (714).
Internet, water and Gas (cooking and hot water) included in the bill. excluding Electric separate metre reading.
Looking for someone who is sensible, tidy and clean. Pays bills on time and respectful. Long-term tender. minimum 12 months.
