Homely, fully furnished, 3 bedroom apartment in Bellevue Hill. Polished floorboards in communal living area, with carpeted bedrooms. Great front yard with outdoor seating, views of the city and a BBQ, outdoor spa.Nice shared living area with open kitchen/dining set up with different seating areas and a dining area. Free street parking available. Excellent apartment building with friendly neighbours in a lovely safe area. Very close to two beautiful parks.
The house has the best of both worlds as it's about 10 minutes easy walk from Bondi Junction, and 15 minutes from the beach. 30 seconds walk from the nearest park which has a view of the beach and the city.

About the room: the room available is cosy double room, fully furnished (including double bed, shelves and built in) room for single occupancy only.
Rent and deposit/bond: Deposit is four weeks ($800) and rent is paid two weeks in advance in addition. The rent includes all bills.
Availability period: Available for 6 month to medium/longer term.
Housemates: two professionals (two males) . We're looking for a like minded easy going housemate who doesn't mind cleaning up after themselves. Sorry room for one person only.
Duke is cross German Shepard/ husky. He loves affection and exercise .
