This property is within a small peaceful complex right on the waters edge, with harbour views from the living room and balcony. Located in beautiful suburb of Birchgrove, which is right next to Balmain - the community is super friendly, the shops have everything you need and there is public transport all within a stones throw. I personally get the ferry to work every day which is the best 👌
The kitchen is well equipped for any culinary ninja with plenty of cupboard space. A large fridge freezer, instant pot, blender and all the rest that one would need.
The living room has a nice open space, is great for relaxing, equipped with a TV loaded with Netflix and Disney+.
The Balcony has a BBQ, great views and great for sunsets.
The complex has an indoor swimming pool and a small gym. The complex leads right down to the waters edge which has a super nice chilled spot.
I have some storage space in the garage for bike or anything else you may need.
There is free on street parking.
I love animals but unfortunately no pets.
Sorry but no couples.
Length of stay is flexible to the right person.
This is not a party house.
Rent includes all bills, including wifi.
