-have to contribute to gardening cost every 3 months ($100 approx)
- 2 bedroom, living room , kitchen & bathroom
-laundry and sunroom shared (pick the day you want to wash so we don't clash)
-5min drive to Blacktown station & Westpoint and 15 min by walk. Same with Marayong station.
-5min drive to 5 Woodcroft plaza and Quakers court (essentials GP, Woolworths ,food & etc)
-$1500 bond plus first week rent. I'll have contract to sign for the agreement.
