Hi, we have one single private bedroom available in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment located in Bondi near Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction.

The room includes a queen size bed, shared bathroom for one other tenant, a new wardrobe, a desk and chair ideal for students.

It is about a 5-10 minute walk to Bondi Junction train and bus station, Westfield shopping center, and ideal for UNSW students as it easy to get to UNSW Kensington as well.

The apartment is freshly renovated, has 2 bathrooms, a living room, and 2 balconies with shared internal laundry (washing machine and dryer) and kitchen (with dishwasher). We have recently done a lot of things to improve living there too, like bought a new vacuum cleaner for the residents, new appliances in the kitchen, new beds, new desks, had pest control come by, and installed new fly screens in the windows.

Bills and expenses

$400 per week includes everything, to be paid weekly. Bond is $800 and $800 to be paid on advance.
