Hi, my name is Laura and this is my apartment in Bondi ! I’m going away from the 8thth of August to the 10th of September and looking to sublet my room for that time.

This apartment is located in a very nice area, just a 20 minute walk from Bondi beach ! It’s also a fifteen minute walk from Bondi Junction, and in front of a bus stop to take you into the city. Even though it’s in a central area, the apartment and building that its in are quiet, and we get along great with all our neighbours. We're very close to several parks where you can go for a walk, play basketball / tennis /whatever you like!

We also have an at home gym (exlusive to our apartment) that you can use at any time. The rent is 450$ per week with a two week bond.
